Had a good time, but the smell in the room was really bad.

the air conditioning didn’t work and no one bothered to fix it, I expected more from a fancy hotel. the remote was missing and the TV had no cable, like really? I almost gave 5 stars, but service was so mediocre, it’s hard to understand how they even stay in business.

Overall, the friendly staff attempted to assist with my concerns, but the maintenance issues were disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay with five kids. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from La Rambla, making it easy to explore the city. Our favorite part was the balcony where we could relax and take in the lively street views. Free luggage storage was a nice bonus!
